Phase 2A of PACU renovation completed at Edward Hospital

NAPERVILLE, IL—Edward-Elmhurst Health recently completed phase 2A of a PACU renovation that is part of a multi-phase renovation and addition. The project is phased to allow use of the existing PACU and OR Suite while the new work is constructed. The PACU Renovation includes the creation of a new 25 bay Post-Anesthesia Care Unit, 10 bay Ambulatory Clinic, Surgical Services Office, and new Radiology and CSP storage rooms. The final phase of the project is scheduled for completion in May 2018. M&CA has worked closely with the design/construction team, including the Owner, Consultants, and Contractor to ensure the phases accommodate the needs for continued use of the existing facilities.
