The 66,250 SF vertical addition features a new Orthopedic & Spine Center and Intensive Care Unit. The Orthopedic & Spine Center includes 36 private patient rooms, rehabilitation gym and centralized nursing stations. The Intensive Care Unit has 24 private patient rooms with state-of-the-art monitoring equipment and bedside patient information and imaging to support nursing staff and physicians in the room. Both floors feature conveniences for patients and families including over-night accommodations, spacious waiting areas, and multiple consultation rooms for private conversations. A bridge structure connects the floors to the adjacent surgical department providing a direct connection to operating rooms, post-surgical recovery and elevators for patient transfer throughout the main facility.
